AlgoSecure, a French cybersecurity expert, is joining forces with the National Civil Protection Federation through a partnership aimed at strengthening the digital resilience of this key player in civil security in France.

Civil protection: strengthening the cybersecurity of infrastructure supporting 32,000 volunteers

The association benefits from the AlgoLightHouse managed service for monitoring and protecting its external cyber attack surface.

This partnership is a continuation of a successful collaboration during the Paralympic Games. AlgoSecure had already guaranteed the protection of the Civil Protection’s information systems, thus ensuring the security of the information systems.

A civil security association under the French law of 1901, Civil Protection brings together 32,000 volunteers spread across more than 500 local sites.

Its three missions are:

To help (outreach, support for disaster victims),
To rescue (20,000 rescue operations per year),
To train (150,000 people trained each year).

Social commitment and sharing: at the heart of AlgoSecure's DNA

This partnership illustrates AlgoSecure’s commitment to mobilising its cybersecurity expertise in support of essential missions, in line with its mission-driven approach.

Since 2008, when AlgoSecure was founded, the company has prioritised people, independence and proximity, thereby helping to ensure the continuity of vital interventions, emergency operations and the training of thousands of citizens.

“As a pure player in cybersecurity, our job is to provide peace of mind.
Our DNA is based on technical expertise and the value of sharing. Putting our know-how at the service of an organisation as essential as the Civil Protection fully embodies our values. We are delighted to be able to contribute to the security of missions of general interest and to support those who work every day to help and protect the population.” Hicham BEN HASSINE, Director of AlgoSecure.f
